REFUND Policy
If you're dissatisfied with the style, color, or size of your mug after receiving it (not due to quality issues), you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery. If there are quality issues with the mug, you can request a refund within 15 days of delivery, regardless of the 7-day refund period. Regarding order cancellations and refunds: If your order hasn't been shipped, you can cancel it at any time through customer service, and your refund will be issued within 1-3 business days. If your order has already been shipped, your refund will be processed after the courier returns it to the warehouse and inspects it. Please submit a refund request through the "My Orders" page on the Florafex website, or email customer service at service@florafex.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund, and proof of the issue (e.g., photos and videos of the mug's defects, and the shipping number).
